Frank Miller Strikes Again

For all of my early fears about the Watchmen movie, I've now shifted my Worst Movie Evar Made prediction over to Frank Miller's The Spirit instead.  Witness the horror, if you will, of the fight clip shown recently at Comic-Con. 

Hoooooooooly cow is that movie ever going to suck.

Somehow I had a feeling you'd share my general feelings about this... thing. Monstrosity, maybe?

I don't think anything is going to be able to save that. There was not a damn thing in that clip which was less than horrid.

I'm actually kind of hoping Miller filmed an extra, purposefully-shitty scene as a joke. But given that the point of the panel at the con and showing the clip was to drum up excitement about the movie, that seems unlikely. *sigh*

There was certainly enough laughter audible from that audience that it ought to have been a warning sign.
