Superman Returns. Oh, my, yes he does. I had a big goofy-ass smile on my face while watching the full trailer... especially the bit with the plane.

I had been thinking for awhile now that it's possible I've been waiting all of my 35 years for this very movie. As of ten minutes ago, I know that I have. Wow.

Hmmm. Still not convinced. He doesn't have quite the right presence in costume.

I'm undecided -- until I see more of him being Superman, I can't tell for sure how I"m going to feel. I thought he made a good Clark, though. My only real complaint with both of the leads is that they went too young with the casting. Lois and Clark both look like they're 25 when I envision them as being closer to 35. I might have more to say on the subject later. :)

The plane sequence, though... that is what I want out of a Superman movie.
